陈其旋，1938年出生于广东兴宁，国际著名书画艺术大师、中国当代八大艺术巨匠之一、全国著名大爱人物、英国牛津艺术学院博士生导师。1963年在西安美术学院国画系本科华业，系中国国务外事“国宾礼形象大使”、国务院国宾礼特供艺术家、“一带一路”艺术大使，现任世界艺术家联合总会会长，大爱基金会主席等职。新世纪以來，在世界各地组织举办了十届“世界华人艺术精品大展”。2001年荣获亚洲最高荣誉“亚细亚美术赏”大奖。2014年率中国艺术家代表团赴法国卢浮宫举办“中华艺术精品展”。

纽约时间2019年2月6日，其作品及东方艺术家形象展示在纽约曼哈顿的斯达克大屏幕上，以“中国核心艺术家”之名荣登美国纽约时代广场“世界第一屏”。2019年10月其部分作品版权经香港“创艺星球艺术版权价值评佑中心〞的专家组审核评估后在“香港国际知识产权交易中心”上市交易《交易代码为860099）。2021年12月被聘为“央媒文化组委会顾问、副秘书长、中华卫视艺术风采栏目艺术总监、央广国际文化交流网艺术委员会副主席。

Chen Qixuan, born in Xingning, Guangdong Province in 1938, is a world-renowned master of painting and calligraphy, one of the Eight Great Contemporary Chinese Art Masters, a nationally distinguished philanthropic figure, and a doctoral supervisor at the Oxford College of Arts in the United Kingdom.

He graduated from the Traditional Chinese Painting Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor’s degree in 1963. He serves as the National Guest Ceremony Image Ambassador for China’s state affairs and foreign exchanges, a specially-commissioned artist for state guest ceremonies of the State Council, and an Art Ambassador for the Belt and Road Initiative. He currently holds the positions of President of the World Artists Federation and Chairman of the Philanthropy Foundation.

Since the new century, he has organized and hosted ten sessions of the World Chinese Fine Arts Exhibition across the globe. In 2001, he was awarded the Grand Prize of the Asian Art Prize, the highest honor in Asia. In 2014, he led a delegation of Chinese artists to hold the Chinese Fine Arts Exhibition at the Louvre Museum in France.

On February 6, 2019, New York time, his artworks and image as an oriental artist were displayed on the Stark LED screen in Manhattan, New York. Honored as a Core Chinese Artist, his profile was featured on the "World’s No.1 Screen" in Times Square, New York, USA. In October 2019, after expert review and evaluation by the Hong Kong Creative Planet Art Copyright Valuation Center, the copyrights of some of his works were listed for trading on the Hong Kong International Intellectual Property Exchange under the trading code 860099.

In December 2021, he was appointed Consultant and Deputy Secretary-General of the Central Media Culture Organizing Committee, Art Director for the Art Elegance Column of China Satellite TV, and Vice Chairman of the Art Committee of China National Radio International Cultural Exchange Network.
