1.热敏感物料:由于降膜蒸发器的传热方式是间接加热,使物料温度较低,同时物料在蒸发器内停留时间短,所以对于热敏感物料来说能够有效地避免过度加热和分解。
2.高黏度、高浓度物料:由于液体物料沿着壁面下降形成薄膜,因此即使是黏稠的物料也能够在壁面上形成均匀的薄层,提高了热传递效率。
